PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. WE CURRENTLY OFFER SHIPPING VIA UPS, FEDEX, AND DHL. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN CASE THAT, FOR ANY REASON, THE CUSTOMER REFUSES THE DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL, SHIPPING COSTS AND IMPORT DUTY FEES RELATED TO THE AUTOMATIC RETURN OF THE PARCEL TO THE SENDER WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED. SP_CE. STUDIOS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A DELAY IN SHIPMENT CAUSED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS ISSUES OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF SP_CE. STUDIOS. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE WITH THE EXACT DECLARED VALUE OF EACH ITEM IN DOLLARS. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS REFLECT DISCOUNTED PRICES. ONCE ORDERS ARE SENT THEY CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED AND CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT A CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN CHECKING OUT. STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS OR PACKAGING DAMAGED DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS, AND HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REPLACE OR REFUND ANY ITEMS OR ORDERS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO DELIVERY DELAY, OR ARE LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS. ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED FOR THEIR FULL RETAIL VALUE WITH OUR DESIGNATED COURIER SERVICES. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO SOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH THE COURIER PROCESSING THEIR ORDER SHOULD ANY ISSUES ARISE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO FILE CLAIMS ON MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS WITH THE RESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICE. SHOULD A CLAIM BE FILED AND ACCEPTED BY THE COURIER, A REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ESTABLISHED FOR THE AMOUNT PAID ON THE ORDER MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND ANY NON REFUNDABLE TAXES OR DUTIES.
PRE-ORDER STATUS RELATES TO AN ITEM WHICH YOU ARE ABLE TO PURCHASE IN PREVIEW FROM THE NEW COLLECTION OR AS LIMITED EDITION. THIS TYPICALLY MEANS THAT THE ITEM IS STILL IN PRODUCTION WHEN ORDERED AND IS NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE IN OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER AT THAT TIME. ONCE AT CHECKOUT PLEASE VERIFY IF THE PRODUCT IS IN PRE-ORDER STATUS AND THE ESTIMATED SHIP DATE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM. IF AN ORDER CONTAINS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, THE ENTIRE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. EXPECTED SHIP DATES MAY VARY FOR PRE-ORDERS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GARMENTS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, WILL ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. THE ITEM/S MUST BE UNHARMED, UNWASHED, NOT WORN OR ALTERED AND MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL SECURITY SEALS STILL ATTACHED. THE RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING TOGETHER WITH ALL THE MATERIALS RECEIVED WITH THE ITEM/S (DUST BAGS, COVERS ETC.) AND SHOULD HAVE A COPY OF THE INVOICE INSIDE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR ARE SOILED. THE INTERNAL SP_CE. STUDIOS PACKAGING MUST NOT BE USED AS THE EXTERNAL PARCEL FOR THE SHIPMENT. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN COST. IN CASE CUSTOMER REQUESTS THE REFUND OF THE ITEM(S) RETURNED, THE CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE PARCEL IS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND ONLY AFTER THE QUALITY CHECK ON THE ITEM(S). SHOULD A RETURN NOT MEET OUR QUALITY STANDARDS OR DOES NOT MEET ANY OF OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. RETURNS MUST BE CAREFULLY AND NEATLY PACKAGED. SP_CE. STUDIOS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY PACKED OR PACKED WITH DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAN THE ORIGINAL ONES.

THE REFUND PROCEDURE WILL TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO PROCESS FROM THE ARRIVAL OF THE ITEM/S AT OUR FACILITY. ANY CHANGES IN CURRENCY DURING THE RETURN PERIOD WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. THE COST OF SHIPPING OR ANY COST THAT WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED DURING CHECKOUT. THE REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE NEXT BILLING STATEMENT. THIS MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON BANKS AND CREDIT PROVIDERS, IT COULD TAKE UP TO 30 WORKING DAYS. ALL PRODUCTS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BY OUR STORE FOR ANY FAULTS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. THESE INSPECTIONS ARE DOCUMENTED BY SP_CE. STUDIOS FOR REFERENCE IN CASE OF RETURN. HOWEVER, IF A CUSTOMER RECEIVES AN ITEM NOT IN THE ORIGINAL STATE PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. GOODS ARE CLASSIFIED AS FAULTY IF THEY ARE NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FIT FOR PURPOSE OR AS DESCRIBED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR; BY ACCIDENT; OR THROUGH MISUSE, OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FAULTY. IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. ONCE RECEIVED AT OUR FACILITY, GARMENTS THAT ARE DECLARED FAULTY BY THE CUSTOMER MUST GO THROUGH A REVIEW PROCESS BY OUR TEAM TO DETERMINE FAULTY STATUS. SP_CE. STUDIOS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY A FAULTY CLAIM IF A GARMENT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS DURING INSPECTION. RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL OTHER TERMS RESTRICTIONS IN OUR POLICY. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF A RETURN OF A FAULTY GOOD DOES NOT MEET ALL REQUIRED CONDITIONS OF RETURN.
